Thank you for supporting WaterHIRD. Every purchase helps us continue our mission of educating, supporting, and strengthening the water and wastewater profession.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible while maintaining the quality our customers expect.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Customized, made-to-order, or limited-edition items may require additional processing time. Estimated production times will be provided whenever possible.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers, which may include:

FedEx
Other reliable shipping providers

The shipping carrier may vary depending on your location, package size, and available shipping options.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on factors such as:

From time to time, WaterHIRD may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details after an order has been shipped.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after shipment.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are outside the direct control of WaterHIRD.

Weather, carrier delays, holidays, natural disasters, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery schedules.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please contact WaterHIRD as soon as possible.

If an order has not yet shipped, we will make every reasonable effort to update the shipping information.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses or returned shipments may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during shipment, please contact WaterHIRD within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographs of damaged items or packaging, if applicable

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as reasonably possible.

International Shipping

WaterHIRD may offer international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Delivery times for international shipments may vary significantly.

Multiple Shipments

Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages if products ship from different locations or become available at different times.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments by WaterHIRD.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact WaterHIRD as quickly as possible.

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests, orders that have already entered processing or have been shipped may not be eligible for modification or cancellation.
